Responsibilities
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and care
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform cashiering duties with integrity
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station, ensuring food safety standards are met




Assist in food preparation and serving light snacks or baked goods as needed
Provide friendly, attentive customer service to create a welcoming atmosphere
Follow food handling protocols to ensure safety and quality in all products served

Requirements
Prior experience as a barista or in food service is highly preferred
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus
Robust customer service skills with a positive attitude
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods smoothly
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Experience in food preparation, serving, and food safety practices
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $16.00-$26.00 per hour
