Role Description
Jneysen Consulting is looking for an Independent Management Consultant to work with us on a project-based, revenue-share basis.
The consultant will help identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with SME owners and executives, participate in client discovery meetings, and support the delivery of consulting projects.
Projects may include profitability improvement, financial analysis, operational performance, business strategy, AI & analytics, and business intelligence.
Qualifications
Identify and develop potential SME clients
Build and maintain strong business relationships
Participate in client discovery and strategy meetings
Identify business challenges and consulting opportunities
Support proposals and business cases
Collaborate with Jneysen on project delivery
Contribute industry and business expertise to client engagements
Ideal Candidate
Experience in management consulting, finance, operations, strategy, or business development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to understand business challenges and identify opportunities
Existing SME/business network is an asset
Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently
Compensation
This is an independent, project-based chance with no fixed salary at the initial stage. Compensation is based on successfully secured and paid projects, with a percentage of project revenue determined according to the consultant’s role and contribution.
