Ontario Native Women’s Association (ONWA) in Ontario seeks a Community Development Manager to lead, coach, and support a group of employees across programs, ensuring all work aligns with ONWA’s Strategic Plan and program standards. The role focuses on capacity building with membership organizations and partners, managing budgets and reporting, and delivering multi-year plans while promoting Indigenous leadership and wellness. This is an existing role we are looking to fill.
