Your role will focus on compliance with health and safety legislation while promoting a proactive safety culture on-site. Working closely with field teams, you will identify and mitigate safety risks, conduct inspections, and manage incident investigations. Your expertise will play a significant role in enhancing our Health and Safety Management System and maintaining COR certification in a rapid-paced workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate on identifying and assessing safety risks
Perform regular site inspections with compliance checks
Manage incident investigations and corrective actions
Plan high-risk work activities ensuring safety compliance
Educate workers through health and safety training sessions Requirements:
Diploma in Construction or related Health & Safety studies
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in construction
Valid driver's license with vehicle access required
Knowledge of Ontario and Québec health regulations
Experience with SafetyCulture (iAuditor) is advantageous Contribute to a culture of safety and compliance at Beaudoin Construction through your in office presence and training.
