What you'll do

• The Ag Division Manager will provide leadership and accountability for the overall performance of Prairie Co-ops agriculture division, including sales growth, profitability, customer experience, talent development and operational excellence.
• Works closely with the Director of Ag & Energy to oversee the activities of Prairie Co-ops Ag Retail Managers to ensure effective location operations and to be responsible for sales, margin, expenses, inventory and effectiveness of staff.
• Works closely with the Procurement Manager to ensure that product is in the right place and at the correct value.
• Assists in the development of each Sites annual profit plan.
• Analyzes existing and anticipated marketing conditions and make recommendations.
  
  
  
  
• Assist in developing and executing a Customer Experience Management (CEM) strategy.
• Provides effective leadership to ensure Sites are operated under legal, protected, and ethical standards.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationship with industry partners, suppliers, Prairie Co-op members, and community stakeholders.
• Coach and develop Ag Retail Managers through performance management, succession planning, leadership development and operational guidance and support.
• Other duties as assigned.
