Leverage your expertise in research, market intelligence, sustainability analysis, and strategic insight development to help FCC identify and assess material risks and opportunities and support informed business decisions. As a Sustainability Specialist, you’ll transform economic, financial, sector, and sustainability information into practical tools, briefings, and decision-support materials. Your strong analytical thinking and business acumen will enable you to support portfolio strategy, value creation initiatives, and sector intelligence efforts across FCC. What you’ll do

Develop sector deep dives, sector thesis-style analyses, and perspectives on priority topics. Create portfolio, and value creation insights that inform strategic and business decisions. Prepare position papers, strategic briefings,



and decision-support materials for complex or emerging issues. Translate economic, financial, sustainability, policy, and sector information into practical recommendations and tools. Build reusable research, intelligence products, frameworks, and content for internal teams. Collaborate across FCC to support emerging priorities, track objectives, validate information, and contribute to complex programs and projects. What you’ll bring to the team

Required qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, sustainability, agriculture, public policy, or a related field. Minimum several years of experience in research, strategy, sustainability, financial services, market intelligence, or a related field. Extensive knowledge of market, sector, economic, sustainability, and business research methodologies. Proven expertise in synthesizing complex information into actionable business insights and recommendations. Demonstrated proficiency in developing analytical reports, briefings, position papers, and executive-ready decision-support materials. Excellent communication, writing, stakeholder engagement, and relationship-building skills. Preferred qualifications

Experience supporting portfolio strategy, value creation, venture development, agriculture, or financial services initiatives. Experience using AI-enabled research, intelligence, or analytical tools is an asset. Bilingualism in English and French is strongly preferred. Equality and inclusion
