Lakeridge Health Ajax-Pickering is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to join the LHAP 4E Medicine team on a regular full-time basis. This inpatient role covers 12-hour shifts across days, evenings, nights and weekends, providing patient-centered nursing care and contributing to multidisciplinary rounds.
You will assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor vital signs, and collaborate with physicians, therapists and support staff in a family-centered setting.
