Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales roles; outside sales or retail sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly and confidently.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse client base.
- Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining a positive attitude throughout interactions.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies to promote insurance products and enhance customer engagement.
