As an Intermediate Buyer, you will oversee various procurement and supply responsibilities related to aerospace production goods and services. Reporting to the CSH Material Supervisor, you will work closely with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires a solid understanding of supply chain issues, strategic contract management, and value-driven sourcing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage key supplier contracts and procurement plans • Advise on policies related to procurement and contracting • Identify cost-saving procurement solutions • Prepare RFPs and analyze supplier quotes • Expedite and resolve issues with purchase orders
Requirements: • 5-7 years of aerospace or military supply management experience • Understanding of purchasing processes and ERP systems • Robust analytical and communication skills • Ability to multi-task and lead teams effectively • Security clearances with PWGSC and Transport Canada required
