Responsibilities for an Assistant Security Manager
Review all submitted team incident reports for quality assurance
Liaise with client, contractors, tenants, emergency services
Review and export of CCTV footage using digital CCTV systems
Providing excellent customer service to various tenants
Provide first aid and basic life safety in an emergency situation
Must be able to cover a guards shifts on an as needed basis
Coordinate day to day operations as the assistant security manager
Responsible for ensuring that security licenses are up to date for bullpen staff
Maintaining Training matrix and performing other responsiblities as per assigned client
Qualifications for an Assistant Security Manager
Be authorized to work in Canada
Must hold Valid Alberta Security License
1 - 3 years of security manamgent experience
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 0600 - 1400
Exceptional interpersonal skills both oral and written
Demonstrated the ability to follow operational secuirty measures, protect confidential information and excercise valuable judgment and discretion.
Demonstrated comprehension of the Canadian Criminal Code and Tresspass to Property Act
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Must have strong customer service skills, mature attitude and professionalism
Leadership and mentorship skills
Able to work in a team environment or independently as required
