Renaissance Montréal Downtown is seeking a guest services agent to welcome guests, check them in, and explain hotel services including the Marriott Bonvoy program. You will respond to guest requests with outstanding service, answer calls, coordinate with departments, and process departures; fluent bilingual in French and English is required.
Experience in hospitality and working knowledge of Opera PMS and Microsoft Office are assets.
