We are looking for Maintenance Superintendent to join our Meadow Lake OSB mill, located in Meadow Lake, Saskatchewan. Meadow Lake employs 155 employees and safely and sustainably produces 700 million square feet of OSB every year for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities. Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications: University degree/technical diploma or aJourneyperson trades certificationor extensive experience in a relevant field. Experienceleading maintenance teams within manufacturing setting. Experience withmaintenance planning, condition monitoring, shutdown execution andimplementing reliability programs. Demonstrated commitment towork safely . Experience withproject management ,includingcapital projects . A sound knowledge offorecasting and budgeting processes . Provenability tomanage change ,engage staff and drive operationalexcellence . Knowledge of equipment operation, strongmaintenance skills andanalytical skills. A good understanding of the operations ofComputerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). In this role you will: Manage the safe, reliable,



and cost‑effective maintenance of mill equipment and facilities. Overseemaintenance planning, scheduling, and execution , including planned shutdowns and major repairs. Lead and promote a strong safety‑first culture , ensuring all maintenance work complies withprovincial OH&S legislation and company standards. Monitorequipment performance and downtime , conductingroot cause analysis and implementingcorrective actions. Ensureeffective use of the CMMS for work orders, asset history, preventive maintenance, and parts tracking. Prepare andmanage the maintenance operating and capital budgets, balancing cost control with reliability. Track andreport key maintenance performance indicators, including uptime, PM compliance, and maintenance costs. Coordinate andmanage external contractors and service providers, ensuring safety and quality standards are met. So, what’s in it for you? The expected base salary range for this position is$102,000 to $136,000 per year . You'll earn an additionalnorthern allowance on top of your base pay.
