You'll work collaboratively with families, community partners, and legal specialists to interpret evidence and assess unique family dynamics. Your skill in handling high-conflict scenarios and effective communication in both English and French will be essential. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Parenting Arrangement Assessments and Views of the Child reports
Recommend appropriate parenting arrangements based on children's needs
Screen cases for mediation suitability, focusing on family violence
Facilitate pre-mediation sessions to prepare parents
Maintain confidentiality of records as per legal requirements Requirements:
Master's degree in Social Work, Education, or Psychology
Advanced proficiency in English and French
Extensive experience in high-conflict family scenarios
Knowledge of family dynamics and child development
