As Aquatics

Manager, you will report directly to the General Manager and play a vital role in the day-to-day operation of the aquatic facility. You will create a protected space for community members while managing staffing, budgets, and program development. Your approach to leadership fosters inclusivity and helps cultivate a motivated team that excels in delivering quality aquatic programs. Key Responsibilities:
Provide inclusive leadership to the aquatics team
Manage recruitment, training, and performance evaluation




Oversee aquatic program revenues and expenditures

Implement high-quality aquatic programs and services

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in aquatics or recreation
Experience in staff management and program delivery
Current National Lifeguard certification preferred
Understanding of pool water quality management
Satisfactory background checks required
