Join our energetic finance team as an Accountant and play a vital role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance, and supporting our organization’s financial health. This position offers an exciting chance to work with leading accounting software and systems, including QuickBooks, Caseware and Taxprep CCH . As an integral part of our team, you'll handle a variety of accounting functions that keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping activities, including data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, and others.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy across various ledgers and financial statements.
Process payroll using systems like Quick Books while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist with account analysis to identify discrepancies or anomalies and recommend corrective actions.
Support budgeting processes by providing detailed financial data and analysis to aid in planning efforts.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation for audit readiness.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows and improve reporting accuracy.

Experience
Proven experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Caseware CCH similar platforms.
Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to perform account reconciliation and account analysis accurately.
Familiarity with payroll processing systems like QuickBooks highly desirable.
Knowledge of bookkeeping principles combined with excellent data entry skills.
Background in financial services or related fields is a plus.
Strong math skills coupled with attention to detail to ensure precise financial reporting.
