Job Title: Accountant

Location: Woodbridge, ON (Hybrid)

Duration: Full time

In office: 2 days a week - Tuesday and Thursday

Must Haves:
3+ years of experience - administer an Account Technical Quiz
CPA designation or pursuing it
NetSuite experience - any ERP system would be comparable
Advanced Excel
Expense - using Concur, but this role wouldn't really touch on this
Robust time management skills and flexibility
Will work on AP/Month End, fixed assets, journal entries, sales tax work
HST/GST filings would be a big asset
Processing sales orders, customer invoicing

Personality:
Knowing to deal with the ebs and flows of a sales team
Proactive, speak up, ask questions, raise concerns, not to be scared
Process improvements - has to be okay with change
Working and dealing with the owners, directors and VPs
