The CEO will be responsible for providing strategic leadership that aligns with the company's mission of supporting student achievement, well-being, and organizational excellence. This includes leading the development and implementation of strategic priorities, ensuring operational and educational goals are in line with legislative and community expectations, and fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence. The successful candidate will also be tasked with financial stewardship, budget oversight, and championing equity, diversity, inclusion, and Indigenous reconciliation initiatives.
