The project focuses on designing, testing, and scaling a digital platform that consolidates AgeTech knowledge, tools, and evidence into a centralized, accessible hub for older adults, caregivers, researchers,



and policymakers.This role supports a national collaborative research initiative by AGE-WELL and the National Research Council of Canada’s Aging in Place Challenge Program.This role will be primarily responsible for research and project management streams of the initiative:Research & Evaluation Leadership: Lead a nationwide e-Delphi study to build ecosystem consensus on impact metrics for healthy aging, ensuring insights from co-creation activities are dynamically woven into the platform's core evaluation framework.Project Management & Alignment: Provide operational leadership across multiple workstreams—tracking timelines, managing risks, and coordinating deliverables among diverse partners in academia, industry, government, and experts by lived experience.In completing this work, the candidate will work closely with AGE-WELL and NRC project team members, and with partners across academia, industry, health systems, government, and experts by lived experience to ensure the platform and its curated components are evidence-informed, user-centered, and impactful.AGE-WELL (http://www.Agewell-nce.Ca) is Canada’s technology and aging network.
