This role plays a key part in enabling stakeholders to understand user behavior and optimize digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.What you will doAnalytics & ReportingDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google AnalyticsTrack and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including engagement, conversion, retention, and funnel metricsIdentify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights to support business growthPresent insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersTagging & Data ImplementationSupport implementation and maintenance of digital tracking using Adobe Launch, Tealium, or similar tag management systemsValidate and troubleshoot tracking across digital platforms (web and mobile)Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement data layer requirementsExperimentation & OptimizationAssist in design and analysis of A/B and multivariate tests using platforms such as Adobe Target, Optimizely, or VWOProvide recommendations to optimize user journeys, content performance, and conversion ratesContribute to ongoing conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiativesStakeholder CollaborationPartner with marketing, product, UX, and engineering teams to align on measurement strategiesTranslate business requirements into tracking and reporting solutionsCommunicate insights and recommendations to influence decision-makingData Quality & GovernanceEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platformsMaintain documentation for tagging plans, tracking requirements, and governance frameworksSupport compliance with privacy regulations and consent management practices (e.G., GDPR,
