As a Leasing Manager in the Commercial Properties team, you will report to the Senior Director and focus on tenant outreach and deal tracking. Your role involves cold calling, property tours, and team-oriented efforts with commercial brokers. A proactive and professional presence is essential in maintaining leasing pipelines and supporting marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day commercial leasing activities • Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential tenants • Maintain communication with commercial brokers • Coordinate and conduct engaging property tours • Assist with leasing proposals and documentation
Requirements: • 5 to 8 years of commercial real estate experience • Strong interest in retail leasing and real estate • Confident in cold calling and tenant outreach • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Valid BC driver's license required
