You will work collaboratively with faculty and community stakeholders to foster program development, enhance student services, and ensure that offerings remain relevant to regional needs. This sessional position requires a proactive approach to educational challenges and supports pathways for under-represented learners. Key Responsibilities:
Manage program delivery and development initiatives
Engage in community assessment for program relevance




Coordinate with faculty on instructional practices
Conduct recruitment and retention strategies for students
Support a positive educational setting for all stakeholders Requirements:
Relevant Master’s degree in Health and Human Services
Three years’ experience in post-secondary education
demonstrated ability to develop educational programs
Familiarity with Indigenous and inclusive education practices
