Shape the future of inventory at Cozey as the Inventory Control Manager. Your role ensures inventory integrity and drives improvements across the fulfillment network.

In this in office position in Mont-Royal, you will collaborate with the Vice-President of Operations & Logistics. You'll manage inventory control policies, lead cycle counting, and enhance inventory accuracy across various Fulfillment Centers. By guiding the inventory control staff, your decisions will directly impact both customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own inventory control standards across the fulfillment network • Ensure inventory accuracy for pick bins and returns areas • Govern SKU tracking and monitor stock movement • Lead the year-end physical inventory process • Identify and resolve inventory issues impacting fulfillment

Requirements: • 5+ years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations • Proven leadership skills across multiple fulfillment sites • Strong analytical skills for data interpretation • Experience with AI tools for inventory planning • Track record of process improvement in fulfillment environments
