Key Responsibilities: • Conduct timely inspections and accurate equipment reporting • Perform scheduled maintenance on plumbing systems and fixtures • Assist in planning and estimating for recent projects • Troubleshoot boiler systems effectively • Ensure all work complies with regulations and codes
Requirements: • Journeyman Certified Plumber (Red Seal) with 5 years’ experience • Class B Gas Fitter License and clean driver’s abstract • Strong communication and teamwork skills • Ability to read drawings and blueprints • Experience in construction and service preferred
