UHNBC is seeking a motivated Licensed Practical Nurse to join its team. In this role, you will deliver nursing care to patients, adhering to established standards of practice. Working under the supervision of the Program Lead, you'll assist in developing care plans and meet diverse patient needs including physical and psychological aspects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care to assigned patients/residents
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Conduct patient assessments and document key information




• Participate in care conferences and staff orientations
• Respond to and report incidents according to policies
Requirements:
• Valid LPN license in British Columbia
• Experience in patient care or similar nursing roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights
• Commitment to compassionate patient advocacy
