From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly straightforward, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best. The Role As a Program Manager, you’ll lead data-driven campaigns from concept to completion, keeping projects on track and delivering results across a diverse range of industries. You’ll be the key link between clients, agencies, and internal teams, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 4 days per week in our Calgary office.



There is an option to work remotely 1 day per week once training is completed. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating projects and tasks between internal departments (Client Services, Operations, etc.) Lead internal and external activities related to the management of projects including marketing campaigns, direct mail, kitting/fulfillment and distribution, print production, estimating, inventory, and all client deliverables Partner with Sales by providing key support for administrative tasks, project planning, and orders Create project plans, work back schedules, manage all aspects of production, drive accountabilities, and follow up with job analyses after completion as needed Interpret and create instructions for various internal teams, perform quality control on all letter copy and print proofs, review audits, and coordinate data transfers Conduct postmortems and lessons learned after project completions and incorporate continuous improvement strategies to future projects Skills & Experiences Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field with experience in marketing production or
