We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering Peterborough / Cambridge and surrounding areas.

The role consists of:

- Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
- May include multiple overnight stays per week.
- Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field
- Meeting all target and deadlines in a qualified and timely manner.
- Provide high levels of customer service - ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
- Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner
- To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.
