We're looking for a reliable part time driver to operate our GMC 1500 pickup and 14' enclosed trailer and help out on line painting jobs. You'll be responsible for driving to and from job sites, hooking up and backing the trailer, and pitching in with painting and set-up once on site.
Hourly wage is negotiable based on certifications.
Requirements:
Valid Ontario DZ license with a clean driving record
Extensive experience towing enclosed trailers or driving commercial vehicles (hooking up, backing, and maneuvering a trailer confidently)
Must be available for part time work, including weekends
Must be available during the day
Work well with your hands and comfortable with outdoor, physical work
Must be located within Whitby to Bowmanville (Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville)
Must be over 25 (insurance requirement)
Previous experience in trades, line painting, or hands-on work is an asset
Equipment:
GMC 1500 pickup with 14' enclosed trailer
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
License/Certification:
DZ License (required)
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
