Overview

As a key contributor, you'll support senior designers in bringing concepts to life through cutting-edge design tools and techniques. If you're passionate about visual arts, eager to develop your skills across multiple platforms, and thrive in a rapid-paced setting, this role is perfect for you!

Duties
Assist graphic designers with the preparation and production of advertising materials.
Prepare layouts, artwork, images, and design files for print and digital production.
Make revisions to designs based on client or supervisor feedback.
Format text, images, logos, and other visual elements according to project requirements.
Prepare files for printing and ensure correct dimensions, resolution, colours, and file formats.
Assist with creating signs, posters, banners, brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials.
Organize and maintain digital design files, templates, images,



and project documents.
Review artwork for spelling, formatting, alignment, colour, and other production errors.
Communicate with clients, vendors, printers, and internal staff regarding design requirements.

Requirements
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite (including After Effects)
Experience with motion graphics, 2D/3D animation, or visual arts painting is highly desirable
Ability to sketch ideas quickly and translate concepts into polished visuals
Excellent communication skills and a cooperative spirit to thrive within a creative team

Pay: $27.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
