Key Responsibilities:
Operate a tractor equipped with a snowblower to transparent snow from dealership premises, including parking lots, driveways, and walkways at multiple dealerships.
Apply salt or sand to icy areas to ensure safety.
Perform regular maintenance checks on snow removal equipment to ensure it's in good working condition.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as minor repairs, painting, and plumbing across several dealerships as needed.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address maintenance issues.
Assist with setting up and breaking down events or displays as needed.
Adhere to all safety protocols and dealership guidelines while performing duties.
Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures.




Provide assistance to customers and staff as needed.
Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating tractors and other heavy machinery.
Basic knowledge of maintenance and repair tasks.
Ability to work in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
