Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our agile construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. Duties
Measure and cut roofing materials accurately using hand tools and blueprint reading skills
Install various roofing systems including shingles, metal panels, membranes, and flashing with precision
Perform repairs on damaged roofs by replacing worn or broken materials to restore integrity
Use caulking techniques to seal joints and prevent leaks effectively
Lift heavy roofing materials safely while adhering to proper safety protocols
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure correct installation procedures
Conduct inspections of completed work to verify quality standards are met and identify areas for improvement




Assist with general construction tasks as needed, applying carpentry and handyman experience to support project goals

Qualifications
Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields with a strong understanding of roofing techniques
Proficiency with hand tools such as hammers, saws, trowels, and measuring devices
Solid background in construction work with an emphasis on carpentry skills and blueprint reading
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in outdoor environments
Knowledge of caulking methods for weatherproofing joints and seams
Prior handyman experience is a plus for versatile task execution
Solid attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
