Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic New/ Used Car Sales Specialist to join our amazing team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding potential vehicle sales through the sales process, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial contact to closing. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and experience in automotive sales.

Responsibilities
Engage with prospective vehicle buyers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person appointments.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer preferences and requirements.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, follow-ups, and closing activities.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to facilitate successful transactions.




Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing sales performance.
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications
Proven experience in a dealership workplace is a must.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers professionally.
Demonstrated ability in upselling products and services effectively.
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
Familiarity with managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools is a plus.
Robust negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
