Board is seeking a Director of Labour Relations to oversee its impactful labour relations portfolio. With an emphasis on supporting over 50,000 students, this role demands exceptional skills in mediation, grievance processes, and leading complex negotiations. You will work closely with the Executive Director of Employee Services, facilitating collaboration and trust across a large, diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead collective bargaining and negotiations effectively
- Manage grievances and workplace investigations thoroughly




- Provide strategic labour relations guidance to senior leadership
- Foster trusted relationships with union partners
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational obligations Requirements:
- 7-10 years of progressive labour relations experience
- Expertise in collective agreement administration
- Robust conflict resolution and communication skills
- Graduate degree in relevant fields preferred
