Technical Serviceswill be responsible for overseeing the daily work of the Technical Services department, ensuring safe and efficient execution of scheduled work. The Supervisor will monitor maintenance activities, compliance with procedures and communicate operational impact.What You’ll DoSupervise, support and coach team members while respecting established policies and proceduresEnsure pool equipment and records are maintained as per regulation and internal standardsFollow up regularly on work progress to determine status, quality and ensure execution within established deadlinesEnsure that maintenance work complies with health and safety, environmental and quality standardsRespond to emergency maintenance situations as neededProvide hands‑on support and act as backup for team members when neededMaintain communication with operations on the timing and status of work that impacts operations and downtime of assetsReview completed work orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality standardsParticipate in the creation of maintenance procedures for repetitive or critical work and solicit recommendations from employees for improvement—optimization of periodic work (preventative maintenance, predictive maintenance and inspections)Coordination and scheduling of service providersManage the weekly schedule and inform the team of planned workAssess backlog, future work requirements and confirm work – develop job scopes, provide labour estimates, identify required parts/materials.What You BringStrong knowledge of building maintenance systems,



including mechanical, electrical, automated systemsProficiency with CMMS tools and maintenance processes (preventative, corrective, predictive)Solid understanding of health and safety standardsStrong leadership qualities and ability to supervise multidisciplinary teamsEffective communication skills, both written and verbalProblem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in both routine and emergency situationsAbility to manage stress and make rapid, effective decisionsFlexibility and reliability, including availability for on‑call emergency responseKnowledge and understanding of pool maintenance, testing, chemistry and regulations, along with a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification, is a strong asset.
