This position involves providing intake support, crisis intervention, and supervision at the shelter, where respect and dignity for residents are paramount. Key Responsibilities:



• Conduct intake and orientation for new residents • Supervise daily routines and community engagement • Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling • Respond to emergencies and ensure safety protocols • Document resident interactions and maintain case files

Requirements: • Post-secondary degree/diploma in social work • 2+ years’ experience with marginalized youth • First Aid/CPR certification required • Crisis prevention training certificate required • Knowledge of community resources and housing systems
