Overview

Join our agile construction team as a Drywaller/Painter and bring spaces to life with expert craftsmanship! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, finishing, and painting drywall surfaces to create smooth, durable walls and ceilings that meet high-quality standards. Your skills will help transform raw structures into polished environments, ensuring safety, aesthetics, and functionality. Responsibilities
Measure, cut, install, and secure drywall panels according to project specifications and blueprints
Finish drywall joints with taping, mudding, sanding, and smoothing to achieve seamless surfaces
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer or sealant before painting or finishing
Apply high-quality paint finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment to meet design standards
Perform caulking around seams and fixtures to ensure airtight and watertight finishes
Read blueprints and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans




Conduct minor carpentry tasks such as framing or patching drywall as needed for repairs or adjustments

Qualifications
Proven experience in drywall installation, finishing, and painting within construction environments
Strong knowledge of construction painting techniques and materials
Carpentry skills with the ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
Handyman experience that includes caulking, patching, and general repair work
Familiarity with drywall tools and safety procedures on job sites
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding setting

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
