Duties
Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistent taste and presentation
Handle food ingredients safely, following all food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients for various menu items
Operate kitchen equipment efficiently, including ovens, mixers, and other cooking tools
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and cooking surfaces
Support food service operations by managing timely pizza assembly and delivery to customers or servers
Follow all health regulations related to food handling and safety to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or restaurant kitchen roles with a focus on pizza or similar cuisine
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques
Excellent skills in meal preparation and food service to deliver prompt, quality dishes
Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure
Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Good understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles
Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness standards
