YXE AUTO in Saskatoon, SK requires an experienced Parts Counter Person Immediately.

We are a busy Mopar Parts Department and our Parts Counter Personnel are expected to contribute the following:
Answering all phone and walk in inquiries related to the parts department.
Determining customer parts needs and creating accurate quotes.
Advise customers on additional parts that may be beneficial to their repair or service.
Use our electronic parts diagram or parts catalog to source parts for customers.
Deliver an exceptional customer service experience.
Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
Control showroom inventory to ensure maximum sales.
Seek ways to enhance sales and the customer experience across departments by collaboration with Sales and Service.

The Ideal Candidate would possess the following:
Two or more years of experience in an Auto Parts/Accessories role.




Experience in the Auto Aftermarket Accessories sector is a definite asset
Outstanding computer skills to utilize our electronic parts catalog and inventory/billing system to assist external & internal clients quickly and accurately
Robust ability to prioritize work and to assist customers promptly
Experience working in a fast paced industry
Ecommerce experience would be a definite asset
