Leasing agent:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Leasing Agent to join our team. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our properties to prospective tenants, ensuring that all aspects of the leasing process are conducted in a professional and productive manner.

Responsibilities:
Market and promote our properties to prospective tenants
Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Conduct property tours and showings for prospective tenants
Screen and qualify prospective tenants through credit checks, background checks, and rental history verification
Prepare and execute lease agreements and move-in paperwork
Collect and process rent payments
Respond to tenant inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Conduct move-out inspections and process security deposit returns

Requirements:




High school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred)
Prior experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is preferred but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
