Job Overview

We are currently hiring Quality Control Specialists to support a high-volume warehouse and distribution operation.

In this role, you will help ensure that customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), loading requirements, quality standards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently followed throughout warehouse operations.

This is a hands-on position that requires solid communication skills, attention to detail, confidence working with warehouse teams, and the ability to identify and address quality issues proactively.

Successful candidates will initially complete training at our customer's Annacis Island facility and must be willing to transition to our River Road, Delta facility for the long term by the end of September 2026.

Duties
Ensure client SOPs, KPIs, and loading guidelines are followed.
Audit carts and loads for quantity, accuracy, and correct FC/DC destination.
Inspect inbound and outbound loads and complete photo documentation.
Ensure trailers are safely loaded, balanced, sealed, and within weight limits.
Track and report OSD and other non-compliance issues.
Support dock documentation and loading instruction audits.
Assist with training employees on client SOPs.
Identify quality issues and support continuous improvement.

Requirements




Excellent English communication skills.
Confident and comfortable approaching and managing people.
Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook.
Quick learner with current systems and technology.
Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and strong time-management skills.
Adaptable availability for AM/PM shifts; some candidates must be open to graveyard shifts.
Previous warehouse, quality control, logistics, or Amazon experience is an asset.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
