Onda by Casereccio is looking for a reliable and motivated Front of House Shift Lead to join our team in Olympic Village.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys hospitality, works well in a fast-paced workplace, and is comfortable taking the lead during service. You’ll work alongside the FOH team while helping keep shifts organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Responsibilities
Lead the FOH team during assigned shifts
Provide friendly and productive guest service
Delegate tasks and keep the team organized during service
Assist with training and supporting recent team members
Complete opening and closing procedures
Handle cash-outs and end-of-shift responsibilities
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management
Handle guest concerns professionally when needed
Ensure FOH areas are clean, stocked, and organized
Maintain Onda's service standards
Work hands-on alongside the team during busy periods

What We're Looking For
Previous restaurant, café, or hospitality experience




Shift lead or supervisory experience is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and qualified
Comfortable taking responsibility during a shift
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Barista experience is an asset
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
