We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented team member to join us at Nefis Döner in Thornhill (Vaughan), serving customers over the counter in our quick-casual restaurant. As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, taking orders, preparing and serving food in a timely manner. Duties:
Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
Serve food and beverages to guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Explicit tables and clean dining areas to maintain a clean and organized environment
Process guest payments using the POS system
Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service
Experience:
Previous experience in the food service industry is highly preferred,
especially doner / shawarma experience.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must have fluency in English. Ability to speak Turkish is also an asset.
