Position Details
Part-time: 20 hours per week or more
Availability for day and evening shifts
Weekend availability required
Must be available to work alternating holidays
Flexible scheduling based on store needs

About the Role

As a member of our team, you will provide excellent customer service while helping pet parents find the products and services that best meet their pets' needs. You'll be working in a fun, fast-paced retail setting where every day is different!

Responsibilities
Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
Assist customers with product selection and pet-care questions
Operate the cash register and complete transactions accurately
Stock shelves and maintain a clean, organized store
Receive and put away merchandise
Maintain product displays and store standards
Handle live feeder insects safely and appropriately
Work as part of a team to create a welcoming workplace for customers and their pets

Qualifications
Previous retail, sales,



or customer service experience is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, responsible, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Comfortable working around live feeder insects
Must be able to comfortably lift up to 40 lbs
Willingness to learn about pet nutrition, products, and animal care
Must be available for weekend day and evening shifts
Must be available to work alternating holidays
Complete online training

The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about providing outstanding customer service, enjoys learning, and is comfortable working in an environment surrounded by pets and pet products. A genuine interest in animals and their well-being is a definite asset!

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
