We are seeking a skilled kitchen management to join our culinary team. These management roles will assist in managing kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff
Assist in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe creation
Oversee food production to ensure consistency and quality
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations
Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques
Collaborate with the Regional Chef to develop new dishes and specials
Monitor kitchen operations to meet customer expectations
Skills:
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry
Strong cooking skills with knowledge of various cuisines and cooking techniques
Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations
Excellent team management and leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively
Proficiency in food handling, preparation, and presentation
