Pine View Group of Companies is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team at Pine View West Hyundai in Brampton.

We operate out of a modern, state-of-the-art dealership facility, and we are looking for a friendly and professional individual who can help create a welcoming and outstanding customer experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

As the first point of contact for our customers, the Receptionist plays an important role in representing our dealership and ensuring a positive experience for both customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally as they enter the dealership
Provide excellent customer service and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member
Operate a multi-line telephone system and transfer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Distribute incoming mail and faxes and coordinate courier pickups
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception and customer waiting areas
Assist with daily licensing preparation
Provide administrative support to the Sales and Service departments
Process customer payments including cash, cheque,



credit and debit transactions using a point-of-sale system
Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management

Schedule

This position works on a shift schedule that includes daytime, evening, and weekend coverage during dealership operating hours.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Robust punctuality and reliability
Experience using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume team environment
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other team members
