Duties
Perform accurate data entry of financial transactions, invoices, and account information into our systems
Assist with processing payments, billing, and reconciling accounts to ensure financial accuracy
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in English
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and guiding clients through our services
Engage in upselling opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending additional products or services
Maintain organized records of transactions, correspondence, and account updates for audit readiness
Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate account management and resolve discrepancies swiftly
Skills
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Fluency in English is mandatory to serve a diverse clientele effectively
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Analysis skills to interpret financial data and identify trends or discrepancies
