Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting the correct parts and accessories through knowledgeable advice and product recommendations
Manage inventory levels by accurately processing orders, restocking shelves, and fulfilling requests efficiently
Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and receipts




Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and clarity

Skills
Proven experience in an automotive parts environment is preferred
Strong familiarity with POS systems, retail sales processes, and order fulfillment procedures
Excellent communication skills with active listening and negotiation capabilities
Experience with cashiering, phone etiquette, customer service excellence, and sales management strategies
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining skilled demeanor during busy periods
