What Your Day Might Look Like
Drive Comprehensive Aftermarket Operations: Direct daily operations across parts, hardware support, and rental management.
Empower Your Team: Lead and mentor the Aftermarket Customer Service team to deliver outstanding, solution-oriented support.
Optimize Customer Experience: Ensure smooth, productive order processing, returns, rental logistics, and issue resolution across all product lines.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Service, and Logistics to align company goals and elevate overall service delivery.
Track & Elevate Performance:



Monitor key operational metrics and coach your team toward continuous process improvement.

What You Bring to the Team
Proven leadership experience spanning parts, hardware, rentals, or broader aftermarket operations.
A natural ability to motivate teams, delegate effectively, and manage competing operational priorities.
Solid communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with agricultural or heavy equipment operations is an asset (but not required).
