Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The Maintenance Person will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning and appearance of our clients properties This is a hands-on role that requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Duties:
Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as mowing lawns, trimming, operating machinery and hand tools.
Perform landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining garden areas
Operate power tools and hand tools to complete maintenance tasks

Skills:
Proficient in using power tools for maintenance and repair work
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques,



including gardening and plant care
Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair equipment
Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in using hand tools for various maintenance tasks

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
