Employee Requirements:
Lawn care and landscaping experience an asset
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain cleanliness of assigned company vehicle and equipment
Be comfortable working with lawn care and landscaping machinery
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Able to lift and carry a minimum of 50lbs
Enjoy outdoor physical activity and work in all secure weather conditions
Robust interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Self directed and able to follow instructions
Comply with all company policies and regulations
Ability to work well independently and as a team
Leadership skills are an asset
Lawn maintenance which would include:
Beautifying properties by mowing and trimming
Cleaning up debris
Complete appropriate documentation on supplied tablet per site visit
Daily maintenance of company vehicle and equipment
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Lawn Crew Leader requires valid G class driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Pay: $18.50-$22.00 per hour
