Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to snow and ice events by monitoring Google Chat for callout times and site assignments.
Clear walkways using shovels, blowers, Toro snow throwers, and other small engine equipment.
Apply ice melt effectively to ensure safe walking surfaces.
What You Bring
A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to job sites, and your own CSA-approved winter steel-toed boots and winter gear.
The physical ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs and work extended night shifts (typically 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM) in extreme cold.
Comfort utilizing technology like Google Chat and Greenius for safety training and scheduling.
A strong team mindset with the ability to work independently without damaging surfaces or property.
